Only 7 of those resorts have a written uphill policy.

None of the resorts have a policy that states uphill skiing is Not Allowed.

The following resorts do not have stated policies in Pennsylvania - Blue Mountain Resort, Bear Creek, Jack Frost / Big Biulder, Blue Knob, Eagle Rock, Elk Mountain, Liverty, Montage, Mount Pleasant of Edinboro, Roundtop Mountain Resort, Shawnee Mountain, Ski Big Bear, Ski Saw Mill, Spring Mointain Ski Area and Whitetail Ski Resort.
